Overview
Greg joined Hartpury University in January 2020 as a lecturer in Strength and Conditioning. Greg brings a wealth of teaching experience having held previous lecturing positions with the University of Bath focusing on the development of young strength and conditioning practitioners. In addition, Greg has worked with a large number of sports which include Cardiff Devils, Severn Stars Netball as well as working within BUCS Super League Rugby.
Greg is an accredited coach with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) having gained Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), is also a Level 2 British Weightlifting (BWL) Coach as well as a BWL Tutor. Greg’s current research area is within the area of long-term athletic development, with a specific focus on the impact of growth and maturation on the development of young athletes.
