Research Interests

My main research area to date has been within the field of veterinary epidemiology, particularly in relation to pig health. I have been part of a team researching suitable control methods for the spread of Samonella amongst outdoor pigs, in addition to the identification of antibiotic resistance genes in pig caecum content. 

As part of my undergraduate degree, I conducted a meta-analysis for the efficacy of neutraceuticals in alleviating clinical signs of canine osteoarthritis. 

My research interests include veterinary epidemiology, animal therapy and dog behaviour and training.
