Overview

Professor Monèm Jemni is a well-established and one of the world leading authorities in Sport and Exercise Science with 26 years career between the UK, the USA, France, Qatar, Germany and China.

He is expert in Exercise Physiology for Human Health and Performance. His projects are multi-disciplinary engaging local governments and several stakeholders from health institutions to industry.

Professor Jemni undertook cutting edge research and published over 150 manuscripts including original research, a best seller textbook, conference proceedings and abstracts. He was invited to deliver 45 keynotes/guest speeches from different podiums and has organised 24 events between conferences & workshops.

 

Professor Jemni Monèm joined Hartpury University in November 2021 to lead the Sport and Exercise Science Research and Knowledge Exchange agenda. He was a consultant and tutor at the University of Cambridge, UK; a Professor of Neurophysiology at the Carrick Institute of Neuroscience, Florida, USA; Chair-Professor of the Qatar Olympic Committee Sport Science Program at Qatar University (2014-18). Programme Leader of the Sport Science with Professional Football Coaching BSc Degree at the University of Greenwich, London (2008-12); Visiting Professor at the Universities of Paris Saclay (France), Freiburg (Germany), Ningbo (China), Pristine (Kosovo), Sfax (Tunisia).

 

Professor Jemni is one of the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG)’s Academy Tutors for high-level coaching education following his impactful on-going research in Artistic Gymnastics. He is also the Chair Founder of the ISAFA (International Science And Football Association www.isafa.info), a Network relegated in more than 24 countries that provides quality-controlled programs, research, conferences and CPDs in Science of Football.

He contributed in the making-off of an Olympic Winner and provided services to professional football clubs in the UK, such as Arsenal FC, Charlton Athletic, West Ham United, Crystal Palace and Gillingham FC
